Now, picture that same leader finding renewed strength, clarity, and passion—because someone came alongside them with courage, love, and wisdom. That’s the impact of coaching. That’s why I do what I do.
My Mission
I serve as a disciple-making and leadership coach with Novo Mission's Activated Team with a simple but powerful mission: to courageously love leaders and their churches. Many pastors and ministry leaders are overwhelmed, navigating difficult seasons without the support they need. My role is to stand with them—to listen, encourage, equip, and help them lead with renewed confidence and faith.
The Need
• Many leaders feel isolated, burned out, or unsure of their next steps.• Churches struggle with vision, discipleship, and leadership development.• Without intentional coaching and support, leaders risk burnout followed by drop out.I step into the gap between a church leader's dreams and their current reality.
